We will refund any subscription within the first seven days for any reason upon user request. After the first seven days of the subscription, we will only issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. No refund will be issued if you have used our service in a malicious, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful manner. "Fraudulent" includes any action undertaken by you to mislead or misrepresent your server or player data.
